Self-contained bash script that runs all UAT tests automatically. Tests all API endpoints, checks responses, and generates a markdown report. Requires only curl (and optionally jq).

                    ./pkf_uat_test.sh http://192.168.4.59:8081

                    Or use default (production): ./pkf_uat_test.sh

                    Output: TEST_REPORT_[date].md
